Muscle Cramps (Charley Horse) and Muscle Spasms |By John A. Daller, MD

I’m sharing this link because I found this article regarding muscle cramps, and spasms, to be quite interesting.  I have been experiencing muscle spasms for a long time now but I have never really read up about what causes them.  I don’t really have a problem with muscle cramps to the same extent as the spasms, but I do get cramps in my feet because of my high arches and Plantar fasciitis.

J A. Daller provides clear and easy to understand explanations alongside how we can help ourselves reduce the amount of cramps, or, spasms we usually endure.  I found the slideshow to be really informative and friendly for people who don’t know much about the subject before reading.

All in all, I now feel like I understand my spasms much better and I will try to help myself by reducing the risks, and triggers, through making a few changes to my diet and lifestyle.  Hydrotherapy and Pain Management will also hopefully help!
