I love hot Ginger ale as a tonic and also as a base for winter drinks with lemons, oranges, limes, whole cloves to help ward of winter bugs, help keep my chest clear, boost my immune system with vitamin C.  I also use fresh Ginger and water instead of the ale sometimes for a stronger effect 🙂  No sugar only… honey 🙂
