I want to help you live as well as possible despite the challenges life throws at you…

Hello and welcome! My name is Donna and I live in Scotland with my husband and our pet dog. In late summer of 2013 I set up this blog after years of illness and finally receiving a diagnosis of fibromyalgia. What primarily started as a personal blog– and a means to share my own experiences–has grown into a lifestyle and wellness blog where I share tips and information relating to living as well as possible with chronic illness. This is intertwined with stories from my life and posts relating to healthy living. You can expect to find positive and uplifting content here, which I hope will empower you to push your illness to the footnotes of your life.
