#ChronicIllness Morning Post: A selection of online health related newspapers/magazines. Plus, The Celiac Scene News – January 2018 – Newsletter > RA insider, & something Alternative – Lotus Sound Healing Academy.
Every morning and evening I post several links to a variety of online newspapers and thought that maybe I could post twice a day from here, our website/blog, Morning and Evening Post instead.
This is to ensure that all the news and stories go out to everyone that follows us across the social media platforms that we have profiles/accounts.
Here’s a few links to my favourite online newspapers for finding a variety of health related news from other Chronic Illness Bloggers & Warriors, for up to date news about health conditions such as latest research papers or people sharing hints and tips about how they cope day to day.
Let us help them by showing our support by sharing the news and stories that they share.

REVIEW: Complementary Therapy > Sound Healing
Want to try something different by means of meditation and cleansing then this could be for you.
A couple of us have been going and it would be great to see other FibroFlutters there, if you take the plunge for an evening class where you get to lay down and pretty much go to sleep.
😉 What’s not to like.💜
I have tinnitus and noise sensitivities and initially wondered if these conditions would cause me problems, but they haven’t and in fact I am finding that it is helping to reduce my tinnitus so I hardly notice it.
You have disabilities? So do I ♿
It is not a problem, I bunch chairs together and make a makeshift bench to lay on that I throw a quilt to lie on and a blanket to protect me from any draughts.
You could even take an airbed or yoga mat to lie on, I have a single airbed to take on Friday so that will be interesting 🤭
I find it’s worth spoiling/rewarding myself with the £10 that it costs and the couple, Stewart and Debbie, that run the event are lovely people and very friendly. 😀
“Sound has been utilised in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing. Whether through the use of mantras, these various techniques all have the same intention: to move us from a place of imbalance to a place of balance.” Read more on Lotus Sound Healing academy Facebook Page > facebook.com/soundhealinglotusacademy/
I find it incredibly relaxing which the effects are long long lasting, and incorporating mantras to my daily routine is coming along slowly but surely. It is also very spiritually and physically cleansing.
Maybe see you there and wishing you all wellness
