In 2013 Chang initiated a series of meetings that examined the benefits, and limitations, of AI ‘for’ medicine. “These meetings, called AI in Medicine (AIMed), have been successful since then in creating a ‘friendly’ and ‘collaborative’ gathering of minds as well as an ‘intellectually stimulating’ opportunity to learn about AI in medicine and healthcare.

The AIMed events 17-19th June in Chicago are aimed at professionals who work within the fields of radiology and cardiology from within the region. However for those who wish to be there and cannot make it there are live streaming links, which also gives people across the Globe the opportunity to keep up to date with it as well.

experience future of radiology using augmented and virtual reality, understand the future of medical education and training with AI
and learn about precision medicine.


This event will bring together Radiologist’s, hospital leaders, data scientists and technology experts to explore the use of AI and deep learning in advanced radiology imaging and to understand, how AI can be used as a preventative tool in supporting the medical diagnostics industry.

The hope is that this will facilitate an understanding of the future of medical education, training with AI and Learn about precision cardiovascular medicine.
