Good idea!
I’ve always written down and taken lists to my doctors. By their reactions they all always seemed surprised that I had one, but that wont stop me. I’ll keep taking my lists with me because I always go blank when asked questions or just simply when it’s time to think. So I agree with you. Wright symptoms down.
I used lists for years before progressing to notebooks to write things in. I still have one somewhere with my own TPT and pain points body sketch from 8 or 9 years ago that went to every consultation at that time.
