Again as with their ‘gardening with chronic fatigue‘ article Adreinne Dellwo provides us with some brilliant hints and tips for reducing the physical strain on our bodies, but regarding housework this time 🙂
I struggle with housework and have adapted many things from tools to techniques over the years to make certain jobs easier and the main change I made was to allocate particular jobs to my hubby to lessen the strain on us both 🙂
I could still do with a cleaner to come round once a week though!
