I had this surgery done a long time ago. They called it Tennis Elbow back then and I have never played tennis. ha! It sure made a difference in my fingers going numb, I stopped dropping things after the surgery.
I’d love to get my left hand back, the only problem is not knowing what is actually causing my problem. I have been having problems for a couple of years now and Back Pain Blog’s latest post was thought provoking, and gave me new insight. I’m also double-jointed and my finger ends all, slightly, stick upwards all the time, and my elbows do weird things too. My wrists are shot so not much flexibility left in those 🙂
Are you still okay now? Will you need to have the surgery again one day?

I had the surgery back in 1997 and my elbow is still fine. It is a little larger than the other elbow, but I think that is scar tissue. They have tests that can diagnose the Cubital Tunnel Syndrome very easily. I hope you can get it taken care of. I know how painful it can be and frustrating not to have complete use of your hand. ~Peace
