In honour of Pain Awareness month I will be sharing posts by fellow bloggers and organisations throughout September.

In this post I share a blog post by Kristal Kent, from THE FIBROMYALGIA PAIN CHRONICLES, who has written a great post about the medical history of Fibromyalgia that goes back to 1592.  A lot of folks probably do not know the histroy of this illness in fact a lot of folks still think it is a new chronic illness.

Well it isn’t, and there are plenty of articles out there that discuss it and we have some posts amongst our Fibro Files that also tell you about the history of diagnnosis for example where you find some of the names here on Kristal’s post too.

This post is for Awareness purposes so please help Kristal with her campaign to educate about Fibromyalgia and it’s medical history.

Many thanks  ~ Carole Sian
